Through light, color, and other design ingenuities, the designer created a relaxing space, combined with the homeowner's living habits, carried emotions and life moments. It is a living space for the retired homeowner and three generations to live together, satisfying the quality of a home for all ages. Inspired by the Italian neoclassical style, the designer used marble, metal, glass, wood, and moulding design, and emphasized the use of light and color with the details of the treatment, so that the space presents an elegant, minimalist style, creating a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere.
The public space in the home is planned with an open-concept design. For the material, stone and matte metal are combined for the living room, and different materials are matched to enhance the sense of texture. The hollow design at the bottom of the TV wall enhances visual penetration, and intelligent lighting control is added to change the living ambiance at any time. To consider the safety and barrier-free facilities, matte anti-slip floor tiles are paved in the foyer, and large-size super-resistant wood flooring is paved in the living room to visually expand the space. Moreover, the designer increases the distance between the traffic flow, which realizes the original design intention of creating a home for retired life.
The light green sofa wall with asymmetrical grilles and antique brown metal injects a fresh and calm atmosphere. The display cabinets on the side are made of hydrofluoric-acid-etched glass with a matte surface and anti-hand printing properties, which enhances the visual sense. The dining room cabinets are made of white wood grain with apricot-colored door panels, highlighting the elegance of the space. The electrical storage cabinet in the dining area has an ultra-quiet exhaust function, and the overall sealed design allows for the placement of cooking utensils, which is aesthetically pleasing at the same time as it cooks. The ceiling recessed lights and the ring-shaped chandelier are gorgeous, noble embellishments. The smart mirror in the bathroom has an embedded light behind it, with a smooth, bright light that blends with the warm cream color of the wall, making the space a perfect balance between classic and modern styles. The barrier-free threshold design of the shower room not only achieves the effect of separating wet and dry areas, but also increases the safety of entering and exiting, and at the same time enhances the spaciousness.
In this project, the use of color and different materials is used to adjust the style of the space. As the embellishment of the space, the special materials add depth and visual effect. With the easy and simplified operation, the intelligent lighting system provides the most ideal lighting choices according to the needs, which is both convenient and improves the quality of the living space. The design focuses on the safety of living and creates a humanized barrier-free environment, making it a beautiful space for three generations to live together.
透過光線、色系等設計巧思，營造令人放鬆的空間，結合屋主的生活習慣，並乘載著情感與生活片刻。是樂齡屋主退休自住，也是三代同堂的生活空間，滿足全齡共存的居家品質。以義式新古典主義為靈感，使用大理石、金屬、玻璃、木材和線板設計，且注重光線和色彩的運用，搭配細節處理，使空間呈現高雅、簡約風格，創造優美而舒適的氛圍。
公領域採開放式設計，客廳電視結合石材、霧面金屬，異材質搭配提升質感，牆面底部中空的設計增強視覺穿透感，並加入智能燈光控制，能隨時切換生活情境。為考量安全性與無障礙設施，玄關地面鋪設霧面止滑地磚，客廳地面鋪設大面積超耐磨木地板，延伸視覺感，且加大空間動線的距離，落實退休宅的設計初衷。
淺綠色的沙發牆，搭配不對稱格柵造型，加上古褐色金屬，注入一絲清新、內斂氣息。一旁的展示櫃，採用具有消光霧面、防手印特性的氟酸玻璃，提升視覺層次。餐廳櫃體採白色木紋，搭配杏色門片，突顯空間中的優雅氣質，餐邊電器收納櫃具超靜音排氣功能，整體密封設計，能放置炊飯器，在炊飯同時兼具美觀效果。天花內嵌燈與環狀吊燈，作為些許華麗、貴氣的點綴。浴室智能鏡面後崁燈，以俐落、明亮的光線，與牆面的溫暖奶油色相互揉合，讓空間在古典與現代風格間取得完美平衡。淋浴間內採無障礙門檻設計，達到乾溼分離的效果外，增加進出安全性，同時也提升空間感。
此案透過色彩運用、異材質搭配，定調空間風格，再使用特殊材質特性，作為空間的點綴，提升視覺層次。搭配智能燈光控制系統，透過輕易、簡化的操作，依照需求提供最理想的燈光選擇，兼具生活便利性，提昇生活空間品質。設計上，以居住安全性做為重點，打造人性化的無障礙環境，成為適合三代同堂共同生活的美好空間。
